Emily Gore began dancing as a child at Chester Ballet School and was soon hooked on the excitement of performance and the rigorous discipline of ballet. She went on to study at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School and the National Ballet School and attended the Intensive Training Program at Halifax Dance. After high school, Emily continued her dance education at Broadway Dance Center in New York where she studied jazz and theater dance with Chet Walker. Since then, she has performed in and choreographed several musicals. Most recently she performed and choreographed for Transient Dance, a dance collective in Taiwan. Emily is now a dance instructor at Halifax Dance and Dorian Hall Academy of Performing Arts.
